How we measure performance

Employees are evaluated on two dimensions at year-end: achievements and leadership.

Our new Leadership Model is built and linked directly to our inspirational Company Values: Drive, Trust and Simplicity. It is designed to be a comprehensive model to guide our employees’ behaviours following the leadership principles.
